Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
By placing a booking with Nice Shot Club Hire, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Nice Shot Club Hire provides golf equipment rental services, including golf club sets, trolleys, golf balls and related accessories, subject to availability.
The customer confirms that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the agreed delivery or collection date and ends on the agreed return date.
Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.
If the equipment is not returned on the agreed date and time, Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to charge additional rental fees.
3. Delivery and Return of Equipment
Equipment will be delivered or made available for collection at the location agreed with the customer.
At the time of delivery, the rented equipment is deemed to be received by the customer in good condition, unless any damage or issue is reported immediately.
The customer agrees to return all rented equipment in the same condition in which it was received, allowing for reasonable wear resulting from normal use.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for the rented equipment from the moment it is delivered or collected until it is returned and accepted by Nice Shot Club Hire.
The customer must take reasonable care of the equipment and use it only for its intended purpose.
The customer must not sell, lend, sub-rent, modify or misuse the rented equipment.
5. Damage, Loss or Theft
Any damage, loss or theft of the rented equipment, regardless of the cause, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of damage, loss or theft, the customer agrees to pay Nice Shot Club Hire the cost of repair or replacement, up to the full retail value of new equivalent equipment, in addition to the rental cost.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- damaged or broken golf clubs;
- lost clubs or accessories;
- damaged bags;
- damaged or lost trolleys;
- missing components;
- misuse or negligence.
Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned equipment and determine the appropriate repair or replacement cost.
6. Payment
Payment must be made according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking.
Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to request full payment before delivery or collection of the equipment.
Where applicable, additional charges may apply for delivery, collection, late returns, damage, loss or replacement.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Any cancellation or change to a booking must be communicated to Nice Shot Club Hire as soon as possible.
Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to apply cancellation fees depending on the timing of the cancellation and any preparation already carried out for the booking.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
8. Availability
All rentals are subject to equipment availability.
If the specific equipment requested is unavailable, Nice Shot Club Hire may offer suitable alternative equipment of similar type or quality.
9. Use of Equipment
The customer agrees to use the rented equipment responsibly and in accordance with normal golfing practice.
Nice Shot Club Hire shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss or damage resulting from improper use of the equipment by the customer or third parties.
10. Personal Belongings
Nice Shot Club Hire is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside golf bags, trolleys or any rented equipment after return.
11. Refusal of Service
Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to refuse or cancel a rental if there are reasonable concerns regarding misuse, non-payment, false information or risk of damage to the equipment.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nice Shot Club Hire shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, missed tee times, travel disruption, weather conditions, course closures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The liability of Nice Shot Club Hire shall be limited to the value of the rental service paid by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, making payment, receiving or using the rented equipment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Nice Shot Club Hire reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to each booking shall be the version in force at the time of booking.
